Wellness Reads, brought to you by the Gardner-Harvey Library and Miami Regionals Wellness Committee

Well-being feels elusive.  It’s not something you can purchase on Amazon.  Often well-being emerges from hardship, loss, and pain.  Becoming whole is a process that begins with reflection.  Often transformation requires slowing down, hard work, and a change in thinking and habits.  Perhaps one of these books will move you forward in your wellness quest this summer.  Compiled by Beth Tumbleson
